Engine Specification

Engine Capabilities

Throughput, order types, and operational guarantees that power every USDT-TRX swap on the Velox execution engine.

What the Engine Delivers

The Velox execution engine is a purpose-built matching and settlement layer running on TRON mainnet. It processes swaps deterministically — every transaction follows the same codepath regardless of size, direction, or originating wallet. The engine does not differentiate between retail and institutional orders at the execution level; all swaps receive identical priority, rate transparency, and gas sponsorship.

Designed for high availability, the engine maintains a 99.95% uptime SLA with geographically distributed relay nodes. In the event of a primary relay failure, backup nodes assume responsibility within 4 seconds, and any in-flight swap is either completed or reverted atomically — no funds are ever left in an indeterminate state.

Feature Checklist

Capability Matrix

Every feature the Velox engine supports, verified in production.

Market Orders

Execute instantly at the best available rate. No manual rate selection required — the engine fills at the live midpoint with slippage protection.

Limit Orders

Set a target rate and the engine monitors the market until your price is met. Orders persist for up to 72 hours with zero gas cost while resting.

Stop-Loss Triggers

Automate risk management with price-based stop triggers. When the TRX/USDT rate crosses your threshold, the engine executes a market sell automatically.

OTC Block Trading

For swaps above 250,000 USDT, the OTC desk provides a firm quote with zero slippage. Settled atomically on-chain with the same non-custodial guarantees.

Cross-Chain Bridge

Native support for bridging USDT from Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain into TRON before swapping. Bridge confirmations are included in the atomic transaction.

Recurring Swaps

Schedule periodic DCA-style swaps at fixed intervals. Configure amount, direction, and frequency — the engine executes on schedule with gas covered every time.

API & Webhook Access

REST and WebSocket APIs for programmatic swap execution. Webhook callbacks deliver real-time settlement confirmations to your infrastructure.

Multi-Wallet Support

Connect any TRON-compatible wallet: TronLink, Trust Wallet, TokenPocket, Ledger, or WalletConnect. No proprietary wallet required.

Mobile-Optimized UI

Full swap functionality on mobile browsers with deep-link support for TronLink and Trust Wallet. No app install required.

Order Types

Order Type Deep Dive

Instant

Market Order

A market order executes immediately at the best available rate sourced from aggregated on-chain and off-chain liquidity. The engine locks the quoted rate for 15 seconds — enough time for wallet confirmation. If the rate drifts beyond the default 0.50% slippage tolerance before confirmation, the order is rejected and a new quote is generated automatically. Market orders account for approximately 78% of all Velox swap volume.

Conditional

Limit Order

A limit order allows you to specify a target exchange rate. The engine monitors the live rate continuously and executes the swap automatically when your price is reached. Limit orders rest off-chain (gas-free) for up to 72 hours. They carry a 0.10% execution fee upon fill. If the target rate is not reached within the TTL, the order expires with no cost. Partially filled orders are supported — any unfilled remainder continues resting at the same limit price.

Trigger

Stop-Loss Order

A stop-loss order converts to a market order when the TRX price crosses below your specified stop price. This is a risk-management tool for TRX holders who want downside protection without constantly monitoring the market. Stop orders rest off-chain and are evaluated against the live rate every 2 seconds. Once triggered, the resulting market order follows the standard execution path with gas sponsorship.

Institutional

OTC Block Trade

For positions exceeding the standard 250,000 USDT limit, Velox provides an OTC execution desk. Submit your desired amount and direction, receive a firm quote within 30 seconds, and settle the entire block in a single atomic transaction. OTC trades use dedicated liquidity pools to eliminate slippage entirely. All OTC settlements are recorded on-chain and visible on TronScan with the same transparency as standard swaps. Institutional KYC may be required for first-time OTC counterparties.
